Our fee for legal representation will be dependent on the type of case you may have. We have three different fee arrangements with our clients. Which fee arrangement our firm may have with you will be dependent upon the type of case you may have.
The first type of fee arrangement is a flat fee. Most foreclosure defense cases and IRS cases are handled on a flat fee basis. That means you pay one fee regardless of how much time it takes to resolve your case or the amount of a time an attorney may spend on it. The flat fee can be broken up into smaller payments so we can begin work on your case immediately. The second type of fee arrangement is a contingency fee. That means you do not pay any fee until recover money in your case. Lastly, there is an hourly fee arrangement.
