Experience: Mr. Lynd began his career at the Office of the Public Defender where he was quickly promoted to the felony division. Building on this experience Mr. Lynd left to start his own defense firm. In a short time that firm became one of the states leading defense firms with over a dozen offices throughout Florida. In this capacity Mr. Lynd supervised up to 15 attorneys handling matters from small misdemeanor cases to complicated white collar crimes. Later Mr. Lynd and his partners began a title agency which soon thereafter became one of Florida’s largest title agencies. Mr. Lynd acted as general counsel for the agency as well as a construction company that built homes throughout the state, and a real estate firm. This base of real property and real estate related matters was later put to use when Mr. Lynd accepted the position of General Counsel to a Florida underwriting company that insures owners and lenders interests in real property. Mr. Lynd now applies this wealth of real estate knowledge in the defense of distressed homeowners who are facing powerful banks and their vast legal team. In addition Mr. Lynd trains other attorneys in methods and strategies in defending against foreclosure cases.
