After moving to Florida in 1998, Ms. Bolton continued her litigation practice, focusing on employment defense, medical malpractice, nursing home defense and foreclosure defense. She has served as President of the Federal Bar Association’s Jacksonville, FL chapter, and has argued at the appellate level, with reported decisions in the areas of employment law, civil rights and personal injury. With over 12 years of litigation experience, Ms. Bolton currently devotes her entire practice to foreclosure defense and elder law.
