Overview: Matt S. Englett, Esquire: Born in Orlando,
FL 1972, admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998.

1994). Mississippi College School of Law (Juris Doctorate, 1998)
Experience: Mr. Englett began his career as a State Prosecutor. After gaining valuable experience as a trial attorney, he entered private practice. Mr. Englett is the Managing Partner of Kaufman, Englett and Lynd, PLLC where he continues to practice in the area of real estate litigation and real estate transactions. Currently, Mr. Englett spends a great portion of his time educating the general public on the issue of foreclosure defense and what can be done to prevent, litigate and resolve a foreclosure action. He regularly speaks at seminars on this issue. He routinely provides expert analysis in foreclosure for many of the local news organization. They include: Local 6, Fox News, Orlando Business Journal, The Orlando Sentinel, Channel 9 Eyewitness News and Channel 13.
