Overview: Timothy J. Healy was born in Dubuque, Iowa. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1973, and the Florida Bar in 2003.

Education: Seattle University, Seattle, WA (B.A. in Economics, 1969). Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA (Juris Doctorate, 1973).

Military: Completed the Armor Officer Basic Course at Ft. Knox, KY in 1974 and then served in the Individual Ready Reserve being honorably discharged in 1981 with the rank of Captain.

Experience: Mr. Healy began his legal career with a law firm in Chicago, Illinois working on civil trial matters primarily involving real estate and construction law. He then returned to his hometown of Farley, Iowa where he maintained a private practice focusing on taxation and real estate law. He also served as the Manager of the Dubuque County Mutual Insurance Association. In 2003 he began working for a Miami headquartered international law firm, where he completed assignments in Chicago, Miami and Orlando primarily involved in taxation, corporate and transactional matters. In 2009 he joined Kaufman, Englett and Lynd, PLLC where he practices in the area of I.R.S. Debt Settlement.
